Hotel Rooms for Le Mans

Unfortunately, I'm unable to go this year due to illness
I have 2 double rooms at the FastHotel at St Saturnin which are guaranteed by credit card and are not cancenable i.e. I still have to pay!!!!!
Would anybody like to take them off my hands for sensible money?

which nights are these for and what are we talking about in money terms?

The rooms are booked from Wednesday 8th June until Monday morning 13th June (5 nights).
Unfortunately the dates and length of stay can't be altered and the total price is 445 Euros. That's the cost to me - I'm not looking to make a profit!
