If you are coming to the evening horse racing at Goodwood on Friday 3rd, and have bought a ticket through the TAG 11 event, the start time sent out on the flier was incorrect and should be as follows:

Gates open at 16.30 with the first race starting at 18.15.The gates close at 23.00 after the music by Boy George has finished.
