The good news is i have got a medical lined for tomorrow so assuming he is ok we can send off for his licience on saturday express delivery.
Just leaves the following

Tacho to get working again
front lights to finish fitting
front splitter to finish fitting
fit fire extinguisher
fix the passenger door opening ( does not open from the outside)
finish the overall paint job the primer was a top job but the top coat went wrong !!!!!! if we have time alex will give it another coat)
clean out half a ton of fibreglass dust etc

Now the begging does anybody have a set of useable tyres he can borrow as his are totally shagged and we have no cash for new set at present

Kev, I've got 3 reasonable ones and 1 flat spotted one (from my little departure from Paddock Hill Bend last year) on 15" wheels. I'll need them back afterwards though.

I should have 2 on 15" wheels that are usable you can borrow.
