Dusting the cobwebs off a Milltek

Just wondering, other than a few bolts and gaskets is there anything else or any reason why a Milltek cat back exhaust I've got from my old Cooper S, thats been sat in a garage for the last 3 years, cant be fitted straight back onto another Cooper S?
Just thinking about possibly going back to one

yup... it'll be knackered now so you're best of letting me recycle it for you. I'll even come and pick it up. I'm good like that.

It all looks ok, tempted by another Cooper S or Works (supercharged) but not sure just want some power again, as much as I love rear wheel drive, come snow or rain its useless.
If I dont get a cooper S i'll prob sell it.
