I gave up my account some time ago anyway, as I was so fed up ringing the states to sort out their repeated cock-ups. Three phone calls and emails in four weeks, and they still couldn't get it right.
I'd picked up on some problems before on various PH topics so I just refuse to use it full stop. When I made my donation to Dean I just transferred the money direct to the BoXa account. Best is no-one gets charged that way
