PS3 - Struggling with games to buy... suggestions

Ok here are the games I have and what I thought of them.. Based on this what should I buy thats out now at the moment that as I really seem to be struggling.
Burnout Paradise -
Enjoyed the game to an extent but to me I prefered the oridignal PS2 version
Modern Warfare Series -
Have all of them, I play online for about 1 hour then switch off.
FIFA 11 -
Great game but only play when my friends are around.
Uncharterd 1, Drakes Fortune -
Completed and enjoyed it at the time.
Batman Arkham Asylum -
Absolutley loved this and think it is my all time favorite game.
Unchartered 2, Honour Amoung thieves - Started playing this straight after I played Batman and struggled to get into it. Probably completed about 25% but have not really tried picking it up.
Red Dead Redemption -
Really enjoyed this and played for many hours
Portal - Rented this last weekend. I couldnt really get into it and switched off after a couple of levels.
Im not really interested in racing games like GT5 as I am waiting to get a steering wheel before I start playing them.
So based on this what suggestions do you have for really good games that I can get stuck into.

I'd give U2 another go, it's one of the best games I've ever played.
Assassins Creed 2 & AC:Brotherhood are also well worth the asking price (AC1 avoid, I've never played it but by all accounts isn't a patch on it's sequels). I can't get enough of the AC games.
Currently playing Mass Effect2 and am properly hooked - never placed Mass Effect.
