Poly Bush Prototypes Help!!!
Discussion
I'm after getting some rear beam axle suspension bushes made for my car. I only want enough for 5 cars for this first test run but am really struggling to find anyone to take the job on.
I have tried Powerflex, Floflex, polybush.co.uk etc.
Anyone got any ideas and someone actually interested in doing the work.
This could lead to further sales across the world but I'm trying to take the first steps.
Here are 4 pics of bush for info. I might be willing to try a simplified cylindrical version for the poly ones. Any comments on the structure/design of it?
Thanks Peter

Proper prototype tooling alone will cost a couple of grand.
If it’s for the Honda Insight as per profile, I wouldn’t have thought there was too much demand in aftermarket parts.
I have seen moulds made from wood and coated with a suitable release agent before now. This was at British Aerospace.
Mixing the polyurethane, degassing it and pouring it in is a piece of cake.
Getting it to bond successfully to the metal can be another game though. I am sure someone has made their own on here?
