Driving up the M20 this morning saw a load of stickered up le mans cars heading down already

Got to admire that dedication to get the good spots heading down that early.

We don't head down till wednesday 4am.

we're just desperate to get there before afternoon qualifying as its a complete nightmare to get in during this time, got caught out last year like that. Think we were stuck in traffic at the track for about 2 hours last time, not fun

Work til 5pm today.. home - load the car - few hours kip and set off about 1am to get to dover for around 7:30am, then straight drive down from Calais after hopping off the ferry..

Hopefully will see some fellow LeMans go'ers en route

Would love to get there really early, take in the scrutineering and see the place filling up.

Usually arrived Wednesday, but going with Thursday this year. Regretting cutting out the one day.

Must be nice camping at the circuit and getting there long before the place has filled up.
