kangarooing e46

my e46 kangaroos in 1st 2nd and sometimes 3rd gear when pulling off.it doesnt do it all the time though.i read on the net to try changing the accelorater cable which i've done but although its made my peddle nice and free the car still kangaroos.it's p@@sing me off now.lol.any ideas?
