Xbox 360 doesn't recognise the hard drive any more.

Playing New Vegas recently, I have had a few occurrences where the game freezes up, and I can only turn the console off and back on again. It happened again a minute ago, only this time when I turn it back on it's like the hard drive isn't plugged in.
It's a little bit annoying seeing as all my game progress and gamertag are saved on there...

Has anyone got a solution for this?

Damn, I might actually have to do some DIY today!

I think you'll need a new hard drive. You can recover your GT from xbox live but I don't think you'll get your saved games back.

I don't know if it saw me looking at new slim xboxes online, but it works again...
