Hi guys,

Just paid deposit on a beautiful s2 Ardent red Elise smile
Looks in great condition and has been maintained superbly.
Credit to the current owner and just hope I can carry on the good work.

I've been giddy all weekend, the car is actually for the missus but I have a feeling we will be fighting over the keys!

She (the car!) will be kept in good company along side the Griffith and GTV.
I'm already worried that the Griff won't get used as much.
Maybe just the very special occasions...

Anyway, I will post photos after collection and look forward to showing it off at every opportunity.

Oh and no doubt there will be lots of daft questions so go easy on me!

Thanks,
Nick.

Hi,
Thanks, you could well be right.
The Elise does sound quite throaty, better than I had thought it would smile

Welcome
If you have questions SELOC is worth a look, loads of help and techwiki.
Lotus on track for trackdaysthumbup
There seems to be mostly tumbleweed around here lately, it's very quiet.
Probably down to lurkers like me who read and don't often post.

L A R I N I smile

Takes a couple of thousand miles to soot up and sound 'right' though - mine was too loud at first thought about replacing it but now its 'run in' its the best sounding Elise I've heard and on MLOC run's cars 4 behind mine comment on how good it sounds!!! (the car behind is just deafened!!!

Not so sure my neighbours are as keen on it as me though...
