Well it's that time of year that all the US series end pretty much at the same time. In the past week or so
House, NCIS:La and CSI:NY have finished and the likes of Bones, Criminal Minds, CSI and Lie to Me are nearing the end.

We have gone from a virtually full Sky+ box to over 85% free. We still have the whole series of Broadwalk Empire to watch.

Can anyone recommend some other programes to watch until the new series start in the autumn?

New season of Breaking Bad starts in July. That gives you just enough time to catch up on Seasons 1, 2 and 3. One of the best shows currently being produced IMHO.

Warehouse 13 is pretty good, light entertainment, could be marmite-y though.

Game of Thrones

Camelot
Game of Thrones
The Killing

I've just started 'The Wire' after having been unaware of how awesome it's supposed to be. I'd also thoroughly recommend the following if you've not seen them (alphabetically as that's how they're saved!):

Blue Bloods
Boston Legal
Breaking Bad (as mentioned, S4 is nigh)
Californication
Dexter
Justified
Nikita
Sons of Anarchy
The Shield
The West Wing

I found Camelot a waste of electricity. The lead was a wet lettuce, Pertwee was only decent guy in it, in general the dialogue was insipid and uninspiring. IMO of course. Not that you really asked for it... They're like aholes, eh? smile

Game of Thrones is orders of magnitude better, and the books are better still.

Game of Thrones, perhaps the best new series for years for me.
Am watching some of the classics from new in Sky, Sopranos, BSG and Wire.
If you like legal stuff Barely Legal and The Defenders are nice B shows on fx at the weekend, I enjoy them thanks to the leads.

What is Camelot, not heard of a series called that.

Erm.....do you mean 'Fairly Legal'? I think 'Barely Legal' probably airs a little higher up the channel numbers on subscription-only channels.. hehe

I, too, have entire seasons of BSG and The Sopranos to watch - I haven't begun to make a dent in either yet!
