cheers clive must have missed the 3rd screw, will give it a go later
have improved the airflow to the drivers vent by plugging the gaps between the fan ducts under the passenger footwell about 25mm gaps in places, its still not all it should be so i want to check the evaporator coil as the air appears to be unfiltered, so petty sure i will find the coil clogged up

I `ve just put a new flapper motor on mine but even though I can now feel the difference between hot and cold, the amount of air on the drivers side doesn`t seem so good.
