Issues with TAO International

I bought a watch from them which arrived in good time and is excellent quality, however I have noticed some corrosion inside the case under the glass then about 2 days after arrival it has stopped working!

I have emailed them several times and used the 'contact us' page on their website but am not getting a response, just wondered if anyone had any contacts or ideas?

I sent the 4th email in 5 working days today and if i get nothing by midweek I will have to see if I can get any help from Paypal.

The watch is as described and I would happily accept a replacement if I could get in touch with them.

Who did you buy the watch from? Was it a seller on eBay called USWatchShop?

I've never had dealings with Tao International, but just FYI today is a Chinese bank holiday.
