House survey and valuation

Hi

I need to find someone who can do a full structural survey on a house as well as provide a valuation.

In my mind and based on other data the house is worth £100,000.

What should I be looking to pay nowadays?

I guess the structural survey is very thorough? There are definitley issues with the house (though not critical as far as I know. I wnat to know what requires fixable and whether anything is seriously wrong with it).

Where would you look for such a person? Seem to be laods of people inline - just find someone RICS qualified?

When we went through our mortgage application 6 weeks ago a full structural was somewhere around £800-850, luckily our house is relatively new so we got away with a semi detailed "homebuyer" one
