Removing Bracelet

What tool would I need to use to remove the bracelet on my trusty old tissot prs200? It needs a damn good clean and polish so I have ordered some cape cod cloths but would like to remove the bracelet so I can do the job properly. Also, any suggestions for what to use on the brushed parts on the watch? And whilst I am asking all these questions, I had the battery replaced a few weeks back but now when I use the chrono, the second hand and the split second ones no longer reset back to 0. How do I fix this? Cheers
