Swapping Mk1 airbag wheel

I have an ugly SRS airbag steering wheel (withe the big square centre and 4 little side spokes) fitted to my '94 UK 1.8iS. Is it possible to swop straight over to one of the later Mk2 airbag wheels, for example the nicer nardi branded ones? And if so any ideas where I would find one?
