S2 door mirrors

As previously discussed mine fell off, the wife ´fessed up that the passenger side one fell off about 15 months ago and was replaced under warranty as a fault. The car is in for service tomorrow - and the dealer is hesitant that it will be replaced under warranty as it is now 2.5 years old.

Has anyone else's been replaced this far out?

How much are they if I have to pay?

dont give them an option - tell them it will be replaced f.o.c. Its a recognised fault and they should have dones both atthe asme time as it was likely to go if one had......
