cant upload a pic

trying to upload a image but keeps saying no image found? what am i doing wrong?

sorry bit of a novice what file does it need to be? just tried to attatch it like i would a email.

ThumbSnap currently allows images in .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, and .png formats. Is your image one of those formats?

would assume so ? took a pic put on computer then try to attatch.

right just checked and it is a jpeg, uploading goes through the motions then says no image try again.

Bobby, the problem was that your image was too large. ThumbSnap has a maximum file size of 2MB and the image was 2.18MB.

I went ahead and compressed the image for you in Photoshop. You can just use this one if you'd like:
