I will be getting the clutch replaced on Thursday, besides what is in the Bible, any other advice I can give the mechanic? Its the T5 gearbox.

I have just removed mine to replace the clutch and the only problems I had was removing the bush from the gear linkage.
Although the Bible says it can be removed from underneath I would not have been able to so the advice I was given to remove the centre console and access it from above saved a lot of wasted time.
Also when you come to remove the bellhousing there is a rod off the gear linkage which goes through a bearing on top of the casing which needs to be removed.
I hope this is of some help!

This !

The gear linkage is easy to do from the top, a nightmare from the bottom. Having done it bothways the taking center console off method was about 10 times quicker and a lot less stressfull.
