Audi A4 build periods / delivery dates

I have an Audi A4 on order as a company car, through Marshall Leasing.

As with most leasing companies they are pretty useless and they dont seem capable of providing consistent information in relation to delivery dates.

I am now told that my car has a build date of Week 28 / 11 July 2011.

Does anyone in the trade or with experience with Audi know how long it should usually take to build and subsequent delivery period / date? (Assuming the build date doesnt get moved out).

They had originally stated delivery late July, they now say September sometime.

Any advice much appreciated.

Assuming diesel power, six months from ordering wouldn't be uncommon at the moment.
