Seems over priced, however it is through BMW and has such low mileage for that era of 5 series.

Depends on what your main preference is. If you want that era with low mileage then maybe you pay the price but if you dont mind having say 60-80k on the clock, 9-13k is much more in the region being requested.

What I want to know is who on earth buys them at that price? Some of them are more than double the price of other dealer cars, let alone private sales. I know someone who bought an M3 with less miles than that 330Ci for £2.5k less!

But (modern) classic BMWs, whilst much lusted after, rarely appreciate in value to such an extent so it will never again be worth that much. We're not talking RS 911s here, or even the limited numbers of E30 M3s.

If I won the lottery I'd probably buy it though!
