Fuel Tank Sender

Morning All, my new fuel tank sender has arrived and its the plastic type. Also got the land rover seals. Seem to recall I may need two seals with it being plastic, is this correct? Plus is it as easy as it looks providing I use a good petrol resistant sealant to complement the seal and sealing rings? Tank looks sound but did think what if the area where the seal/ sender goes drops to bits when I take the sender out TIA Damon

When I did mine I only used the one land rover seal which was ok, I used blue hylomar and lightly smeared it on both sides of the seal, had no problems and no leaks at all, good luck.

Ditto the above except i used red hermatite
