Driving down to Cote D'Azur in my V8Vantage next week. Staying 1 week in Monte Carlo. What nice roads would you guys advise on a half day basis (wifey wants to enjoy some hours of sun in the morning). Ok, maybe 1-2 full days also :-)

Thanks!

The N85 (Route de Napoleon) & Col de Turini are the 'must dos' around there..

What a pity, watchrabbit, we do a day-trip from Monaco in 3 1/2 weeks time being based there, too, for around 4-5days, would have great to meet you down there.

Col de Turini was not that good frown
Depending on how far you wnat to go I'd recommend Route Des Cretes in the Verdon Gorges one way so from the EAST side is best or Col de Bonnette

Wow what a fantastic post! I've bookmarked that for future reference. Drove to Verdon Gorges from Antibes a couple of years ago, sadly neither of us were in Astons but still great fun!

Yes, pity...

Being in Fairmont, I overlook the grand prix chicane from the pool ;-). Saw 2 days ago a V8V roadster, british plates, with a couple inside (girl was driving) coming down the turn... Thought maybe someone from the forum...

Love Monaco and my hotel so far, going today on Col Turini for half day in the evening...
