Is their a way of connecting a hosepipe too an under sink washing machine connection?

They should both have the same size threads, 3/4 inch BSP.

So the hozelock type fitting you use on your outside tap will fit onto a washing machine tap.

If you don't have one, you can get them in B&Q for less than a pound.
