Saw this 3 times today..
In the big lay-by just before you head onto the fly-over..
Several Traffic cars, 1 accident unit, assorted other plods and several other Gents in Hi-Vis kit, which i'm guessing are Department of Transport types..
They were pulling cars over and giving them a good looking at, tyres etc from what i could see.
Better make sure you're up to spec if passing that way
