I've got a 2 week old Rolex GMT Master II and while cleaning it last night noticed a dust particle under the glass near the date. I've tried to ignore it but it's really bugging me so I'd liked to get it cleaned off.

It's a grey market Rolex and looking at the paperwork was sourced from a dealer up north. As I live in London where should I go to get it fixed? Any recommended authorised dealers in Westend or ones to avoid?

Steve @ Ryte Time said it would be around £12 or so to clean the underneath of the dial on one of my watches.

Plus del.

I'm certain that the Rolex service centre in St James should be able to do this while you wait. Give them a call to confirm. You'll just need to take the warranty with you. I wouldn't let anyone touch the watch while it's in warranty. It's a 5 minute job.

Thanks Dominic I will give them a call. Will be good if it's a 5 min job as I don't really want to be without it for too long.
