On my Landcruiser, the front interior light bulb has blown (jsut about the worst thing that's ever gone wrong with it!!) and I can't get a replacement for love nor money.

Toyota dealers no use, local car parts suppliers no use, Halfords no use, apparently the whole of the bloody internet no use. I don't get it - it doesn't appear to be a modifaction to the car, but everyone's data seems to suggest a festoon bulb, whereas I need a bayonet globe bulb.

Anyway - any ideas? It's 12v, 10W, with a 9mm bayonet and a 12mm globe - other attributes similar to hen's teeth / rocking horse poo.

yes Bayonet size is though - is it called a Ba9 because it's 9mm? Possible dim question, but like to check these things. I've bought surprisingly few car bulbs in my 20+ years of car ownership.

yes Found st-loads of those buggers!

Thanks - might be getting there now. Apparently googling 9mm bayonet doesn't help much, but ba9 - laughing! Ah well, we live and learn.
