z4 and cellphones

I noticed in the top corner of the windscreen a stcker saying dont use (among other things) cellphones in the car as it screws up the electrics and can damage the car and/or be dangerous.

Does anyone know if this just a cheap marketing ploy to boost sales of the BMW in car phone system, or is there something here?

eh???? is that the one about the airbag as well?

I have the bluetooth system, which means the phone can be used for a call when it is the cabin (does not have to be in the cradle charging / using the aerial)

Seems like crap to me.
