Wheel refurbishment

How do you go about this?
I need all 4 wheels refurbished (previous owner carelessness), which (I guess?) will take a week. I also want it done well (so looking for recommendations) - but I suspect the recommended place won't be close to West Cumbria!
Can any of these companies offer temporary replacement wheels? I know there is a place locally that does, but I have no idea of its reputation.
I sort of have a spare car available, but not overly keen on leaving mine up on axle stands on the drive for a week!
It's only a Panda 100HP, but the wheels are scabby and spoil the look of the car.
I used Lepsons in Gillingham - not that handy for you! 
I had a spare set of wheels so just delivered my scabby ones and picked them up a few days later. They have loan cars and facilities for storing your car while they deal with the wheels. If you want a proper job done this is much better than the mobile repairs.
Can you cope without the car for a few days? If not, how about a cheap set of ebay steelies/second hand alloys that you sell on when your wheels are back?

I guess a loaner is what I'm looking for - don't care if it's a 30 year old Fiesta, and I'm also happy to travel - I just want the wheels back to 'as new', and would be OK paying up to 100 per wheel (obviously wouldn't tell the supplier that!)I had a spare set of wheels so just delivered my scabby ones and picked them up a few days later. The winter tyres on steel rims is a good option particularly where you live.
My advice would be to have the tyres removed at a local tyre depot and have the wheels blasted and powder coated at a local firm.

The cost is usually around £40 to £50 per wheel and £10 per wheel tyre on/off and balance.
