Will a Bugaboo Cameleon fit in a Fiat Panda?

I know the simple answer is to go and try for myself, but just wondered if anyone had tried to get the base of the buggy in the boot?

Why would you get a Cameleon - the Bee is a better designed all round package and saves you money? Our youngest was in one from birth. It's quite softly sprung so lifts an inside wheel when cornering :-)

Take the car to mothercare and ask to try it in the car, thats what we had to do with our clio when we were looking at prams etc.

All good points, but already got the Cameleon so kind of stuck with that one.

RE taking the car to the dealer, haven't actually bought the Panda yet - just thinking if it's a goer or not.

Selling the Outback and might be getting a Cayenne, so just looking for a cheaper runaround for the Mrs.

Get the micralite.. its excellent we have used it for both our kids and its very light.
We have the cot bit (we used about twice) that you can have if you can get here to get it. (You would obviously need to get a new little mattress thou)

Why you want to look like the 10000's of others that 'need' a Bugaboo, or has you misses decided that she need the most expensive one

Prob because most people that 'need' a bugaboo, don't have a fiat panda
have you actually purchased this yet? or looked at other prams, they are really really expensive for what they are.

Quite, it would be as easy to fit a handle to the panda given the relative size of each

It fits perfectly in the Outback, but looking at getting a smaller runaround.

ahh.. gotcha, however it may be worth point out, that you really will need a 4 door car, or its a pain the arse to get it in and out. I know of at least 2 people that have changed cars (for other reasons ) but really to get the bugaboo in, as they purchased it without testing as its 'expensive and cool'.

The Panda is a 4 door car. And to answer your question, my brother recommended the Cameleon so went with that. Researched it a bit, but all the variations of buggies was too much for my wee brain.

I'm pretty sure the OP has said he is already changing his car, for a Cayenne, which the buggy will fit in. He just wanted to know whether it would also fit it his OH's possibly soon-to-be new runaround.

FWIW my sister-in-law has one of those big off-road tyred buggy/pram systems and it wouldn't fit in the empty boot of a Corsa, which I would reckon must have about the same capacity as a Panda(?). Best way is to try it and see to be honest.
