Weren't they good? As were the support band on thursday. Real musicians playing real instruments. Singer, guitarists, bass, drums and possibly keyboards - that's all you need in a band.

Yep, thumbs up from me & the missus although we were told they were to start at 10pm. Got there for 9.50pm but they had already started - how much did we miss?

We missed them, but the DJ after was pretty good I thought! Some amusement while the 2hr safety car was out anyway.

That DJ and his runt of a frontman were rubbish

All the idiot did was shout at us "are you ready?"

At one point he asked if there were any people in "the house (what house he refered to I don't know, as we were outside) from Norwegia"

What a load of st.

Wandered past on our way down to the Stella Bar. Everything became a bit of a blur shortly afterwards...

Where did they play? Did think about taking a break and heading over for a bit, but wasn't sure where they'd be.

Did anyone see the random jazz/hip hop marching band that were wandering round near the weird statue thing next to the merchandise stalls? I thought they were really good in a slightly random way. biggrin

In previous years the stage has been by the Dunlop bridge I think

Still is. We turned up at 10 to hear them finishing up and heading off - luckily they did a half hour encore. Thought they were pretty good actually.

Doh! If I'd known it was that close I'd definitely have headed over. I thought it was out by the technoparc for some reason.
