Hi all

I'm in the process of replacing the rubber moulded piece(seems 'L' shaped witha fin) thats at the top of the rubber door seal at the back of the door where it meets the rear body. I guess its just sort of stuck on the top of the seal/body work. They've both come off at some point and the previous owner has given me too new ones to replace them...and the $64,000 question is which way round does it sit?? I'll be using sikaflex 221 to locate it. I just need to see a picky of the orientation it sits in.

Any help or info would be great

Many thanks

If its the bit in the picture it sits with the flat side to the inside with the concave face facing outwards. Its important that when you fit them they don't lean back too much so any water that might collect in them runs into the car. I packed the underside of mine up so that it did not move when the Targa panel was in position as the hoop seal can push down on it.

Does anyone know where replacements of these can be purchased?

Next to the rocking-horse poo in Sainsbury's. I think they are ultra rare so the only option is a breakers yard. be prepared for

You can get passenger side but not drivers side. See here:

Perfect thanks!

Both are missing but the passenger side leaks like crazy. Not a drop though through the drivers side.

TVR design I presume confused
