Is there a customer service number like BMW have?

Just searched a few MB sites for an online VIN check, but not much joy so far. Anyone got a link to one that works?

A few of the MB forums mentioned a Russian website for a VIN check, but none of their links worked.

A few unknown options, but looks like a fairly standard car except Comand, Heated Seats, CD Changer, and Folding Mirrors.
