I did Mick, replied. Email goes tits up every now and then. I posted the claim sheet off within days of recieving it. Dont tell me it has been lost in the post.

Afraid so, I chased them up last week as I hadn't heard anything in ages and they reckon they have never received the claim sheet from you. Typical really that the Royal Mail have managed to lose yet another letter, t0$$ers.

I will call them again tomorrow and ask them to send you another one, sorry fella.

New form on it's way, apparently you can scan and email it to the PO as well! They must be trying to claw their way into the 21st century!
