M-Tec, M-Sport, M3 ??? any difference??

Morning, being looking for front and rear sport bumpers for my E36 touring, have come across all of the following 'makes', M-tec / M sport / M3. Is there any difference as they all look the same to me??

Also will a E36 M3 diffuser be a direct replacement for the standard one currently fitted, again dosent look to different ie standard bumper vs M3 bumper.

Another also, are the rear lights the same shape on any other models ie. saloon/compact etc. Want to change my amber ones for clear ones.
