Hey guys .

My grandad has givven my dad his omega seamaster watch years ago when he passed away (i think it was then) and my dad hasnt worn the watch for a few years due to jumping in a swimming pool when we were in spain a good 5 years ago now...

Ive been into a watch shop round the corner and the guy said it would cost a few bob to get it sorted as it would need to be rebuilt but im not too fussed about the price (givven its not the thousands) its more so for the sentimental value.

Does anybody know roughly how much it would cost to rebuild the omega watch (ie the mechanical bits) ?

ill be in leeds today if anybody is in at area. can you please message or phone me on 07896 102 652 if you may be able to help.

Thanks Richard.

Call in and see Bill Rice he does not live too far from you and he will be able to give you a fairly good estimate.

Post #2 had it. Send it via RMSD to Steven Burrage at Ryte-Time. Swiss Time Services will be 'into the thousands' and nice as thatd be, its seldom worthwhile...
