Usually I book through Just Tickets, however I believe some people booked direct through the ACO. I want to get my hands on a couple of Maison Blanche tickets, how does one go about booking direct, or should I just book with Just Tickets or similar?

I would prefer to go direct to avoid their markup.

Thanks and roll on 2012!!!

Sorry, I didn't check, I suspect its too early. You could always try phoning the ACO

Just Tickets were awesome this year. Our tickets got lost with Royal Mail and finally got returned just before we were heading out on the wednesday morning. Just Tickets met us at 7.30am at Dover to hand deliver, very impressive service and already booked for next year.

I used Team Langoustine and was exceedingly impressed with their customer service.

I had a problem with their site & my PayPal not speaking to each other, so they contacted me and I paid via BACs

Tickets were posted Special Delivery and they rang to ensure they had arrived.

Quite easy for them as they are based in Dover, but great service anyway thumbup Have used JT for the last 7 years and been very good

I'm an ACO member. Members get priority booking for all tickets round about mid October for two weeks, then they are available to anyone else applying via the ACO.

I suggest you set up a reminder to watch the ACO website from mid October onwards.

The priority booking didnt work very well last October. As they only had a few sites up in zones that I didnt want. Think my request was accepted via email and then I got Bleu Nord not Maison Blanche.

I agree that the ACO members' priority web booking in October 2010 was dreadful. It crashed several times the first day. I waited a few days but then could not get the seats I wanted, so went to my second choice and was that was fine.

I was after GE, parking and tribune tickets, no camping.

It better be substantially improved for 2012!

Went through travel destinations since they didnt require a deposit, and unlike just tickets (who have been very good for the last 2 years), dont require 2 gen admin per camping spot.

Thanks for the tips.

I was hoping to be able to request a pitch right next to the track, some people have figured it out as I swear I saw the same groups. Still, we didnt do too bad near the showers so you can check the queues smile

Figured I'd give them some free publicity!

And no I don't work for them.
