M3 Southbound between 4a and 5 tonight... 15th June

Anyone know what was going on tonight, three assorted Police vehicle and a couple of other cars including an Orange Focus ST stopped on the hard shoulder, initially thought an RTC, but have a feeling it was something else judged by the presence of three vehicles...cannot put my finger on it, just looked out of the ordinary.

Out of the ordinary to see that many vehicles together, apart from outside the Doughnut shop

The ST could have been Surrey's ( may have been a pursuit from Surrey that was stopped there??)

I did wonder if the ST was an unmarked car. Cheers Landshark.
