Whilst I don't agree with his filming while driving, undertaking etc.
I guess he knew or recognised the car as being one of Japspeed's drift/show cars and thought it odd that a non road legal drift car was driving down the m25 and thought he would film it, as it turned out he got some footage which helped towards locating a high profile stolen car.
