New Member Unable to post

Hi Tech Guys and Gals,

I managed to finally get my friend to join up to the site but he tells me that he is unable to post in any sections- It just comes up that due to recent misuse newly registered users are unable to post temporarily. This has been going on about 3 days now. Any ideas?

I know newbies aren't allowed to post in some sections, haven't heard about not being able to post at all?

He says it is all sections. Ones I know he has tried have been General Gassing and South Coast. I told him about the P&P two week wait but he informs me that he had read that and wasn't trying in there...
