I'm sorry- slip of the index - there is a tick box that says 'prune' under 'delete post' & I somehow checked it while deleting one of the many posts on that thread which looked like a spelling bee between a bloke with tourettes & everyone else, which unfortunately meant one of the few useful posts got clipped too - I lost all of the old page 5 which was the only decent page on the whole flipping thread.
