Boeing to launch the 797 at Paris Air Show?

There seems to be a lot of buzz on the internet that Boeing are about to launch the 797 at Paris as a replacement to the 737.. Found this by accident, had not heard anything about it in the past.. Apparently the patent below has a possible connection to the aircrafts design.
