Be honest - do you floss?

Come on. Do you floss between your teeth every day as your dentist advises?

And I know there are a few of you working in the industry - do YOU floss every day without fail?

I've got my technique down and everything (just doesn't pay to be too eager as you tend to slice into your gum like it's cheese)

I use those stick things a couple of times a week, but only manage to do the front teeth, its a right hassle getting the back teeth.

Makes flossing really easy, just make sure you use lukewarm water. I used cold first time, haven't made that mistake again. In fact, I think I'll go and have a little floss right now.

I can read, I just choose to do so selectively

Harps work well, at £1.50 for 32 I think you can afford to buy more than one I also use the bigger inter-dental brush thingies, belt and braces

Once a day, it's an age thing, as you get older you get gaps in your teeth which catch anything fibrous (sp?). I hate the feeling of stuff stuck in my teeth.

I use those inter-dent pokey pick things as I've got big gaps between me teeth - not like a gapey tooth rapey type weirdo just at the sides, my front teeth are normally spaced - and I do it every morning and evening and flush with mouth wash. (But not that god awful Listerine stuff especially now that Dragon don't advertise it any more as I'm all for dragon employment, see. )

I get into a routine.

While we are on the subject why do peoples electric toothbrushes end up being all skanky? What's wrong with keeping it clean?
If I met a really fit girl with really nice bouncy boobies and a great arse who could give head, like that imaginary woman can in my head, I'd leave if her electric toothbrush was skanky.

Nope. I only brush once a day and that's probably not for the full two minutes either.

I answered most days, as I probably do it 6 days out of 7. After skipping it for a while, then doing it and smelling the floss I can safely say it's a must for me! I do have a 'thing' about bad breath, it really disgusts me.

Nope. I tried it. Had to use so much force to get the floss between the teeth I thought i'd drown in the blood. Took me a while to pluck up the courage to pull the floss up out of my gum.

I toothpick after every meal and floss twice daily

I use the hummingbird to floss but not as often as i should.

I also use a jet water spray now and then.

I do brush my teeth twice a day and always have done.

No fillings yet! (though having said that just remembered i got dentist Monday!)
