Angled pedals to allow room for dead pedal

Anyone modified the pedals to offset them toward the center of the car to allow room for a dead pedal?

Yep.. fitted non standard seats and chopped the heads off the pedals, re-welded in-line with the slightly skewed seat angle.... figured its better to have a square set pressure pad than any chance off slipping off the brake or clutch pedals !!

It's easy to make room for a dead pedal on the side. Just cut out a piece and fit a box. Someone did post pics of a box that was cut into the side. Who? Can't remember but I guess some one else does...

I considered expanding the foot box but decided against it because it would be too shallow, there is an upright tube in the way.
