My neighbour, has in their wisdom decided to offer their garden, which directly adjoins my land as a site for a relay transmitter; with its intended placement it will be closer to my house than theirs and suffice to say I dont want to be bombarded with microwaves 24/7 and there is so much evidence to suggest damage to health as a result of close proximity to these transmitters.

Apparently, no planning is required and my neighbours have 'sold their soul' for free broadband as an inducement!

Question is what can be done?

Sounds to me a though they are taking the p-ss big time. I thought that there were laws to stop this kind of thing.

What have you dont to upset them as it seems to be the kind of thing that neighbour with a grudge would do. Decent neighbours wouldnt do that would they?

I suspect they've done it as a service to the community, rather than just to get free broadband.

The service appears to be a wireless based system which helps to get broadband into rural communities.

I very much doubt there is any risk to your health in it being there.
