Wonder Product

Hi All,
Has anyone come across a 'wonder product', that would enable me to remove carbon deposits from valves, cylinder heads, pistons etc just by brushing it on and washing it off, does anything exsist out there?
Of course it has to safe for ally engines.

ETA: that's a cast iron block, but ally pistons, so safe to assume is safe for alloy engines.

P.S. that's not my car - more the shame.

If thats all you do, spray and wipe, then this should be up there with penicillin, the 1966 world cup, you get my point....
