The Karting Balloon, who was it?

As we were watching the end of the F1 I looked up and saw that the Karting balloon had been liberated and four lads were running down the road towards karting Nord holding the lines with the balloon in tow, then ran onto the campsite and let go of the blimp.

It rose slowly into the air and finally disappeared into the darkness. I am wondering if this happens every year!

This was almost as good as the guy who climbed to the top of the lamp post by the showers and stuck a sticker on the illuminated globe whilst his mates held the other end of the safety line.
