Best Car For The Job?

Going to do a 4 day mid week tour through Wales starting in the south, over brecon and then north. I've promised the girlfriend nice hotels and spa stuff etc for three nights. Intend doing roughly 350 to 400 miles in the hire car.

The car needs to be able to take at least 2 soft luggage bags and fun. I want an Elise, she wants a Boxster, we'll probably settle on an Aston V8, although I fancy a Cayman, but then again....... a barge or 4X4

If you want a cab (and I think you should) then the Boxster's really hard to beat in this scenario.

Tough as it is to admit, your girlfriend's probably right given the amount of stuff she will inevitably pack.
