Just wondering what you feel are your personal great, faultless albums. The kind of album you can happily listen right through over and over without getting bored. Albums you'd recommend to others to help get them in to a particular genre or band etc.

A few off the top of my head to start:

Highway to hell

Earth Vs the Wildhearts

Angel dust

J5 - power in numbers

White zombie - Astro creep

Eels - electro shock blues

Out come the wolves

Thriller

Nirvana unplugged

Ps. I will probably steal any good suggestions as I haven't listened to anything new for a while.

Agreed; if you listen to Highway to Hell and try to block out the fact you've probably heard it sixty four thousand times before and imagine it's your first spin then yes, it is genuinely perfect.

I'm sure there's a few, but this one is currently in the car

A couple of Tom Waits come close, Radiohead 'The Bends', Dead Kennedys 'Fresh Fruit For Rotting Vegetables', Stakka Bo 'Supermarket'

But then its all subjective isn't it - my missus hates Tom Waits!
